Little Miss Attitude

<p>I had an unfortunate opportunity to speak to Ntando Nkosi (call Centre Agent) from Miway, and i would just like for one of her superiors to pull that call and listen to it...anyway that is not the crux of my complaint, my complaint is: i just wanted to change the description of the vehicle insured from Chevy Spark LS to a chevy spark L...all the other details remained the same...to my suprise the amount that i got quoted was more than what i was previously paying and when i enquired with Little Miss Attude...her response was: Well sir it is not the same car...and the premium that i was paying before was discounted, i asked why she can't discount the new premium she was qouting me and she had nothing to say, she then said I will receive a refund for the old premium immediately and they will charge the new premium on the 30th. I still have not received my refund. She said she was gonna send me an email confirmation of the events and communicaion that took place....and guess what: I have yet to receive that as well, I asked her to send me proof of insurance and....you guessed it...NO proof of insurance received...what irritates me the most is the attitude she gave me, and being in the service industry myself, if she was one of my subordinates she will be without a job as we speak because that is not how you deal with clients. She has really put me off Miway insurance for life and is the reason that i now am considering changing insurance co....SO Bravo Ntando Nkosi....you really know how not to do your job properly.</p>
