I needed to update my new address on my policy yesterday. Being in the insurance industry myself, and understanding that legislation and T's and C's need to be given to each customer, its sometime frustrating as I already know how long this process can be. Lindokuhle picked this up and read out the necessary only, making the process shorter and so much easier. I thank you for that and I really appreciated it.
