Lightened up client's day - Great attitude

Nthabiseng Maubane - Kosmodal area just lightened up my day with great attitude and quick assistance she gave me in updating my Miway Car Insurance policy and profile. I just installed a cratracker and she was very good is explaining the effect and condition applicable to the changes in my policy. Everything was still whilst I was holding on the phone and it was quick. She was keen to wait for my e-mail to come through and she actioned my request within an acceptable time frame. She really made my day brighter this afternoon.
