LIGHT AT END OF THE TUNNEL/ACCIDENT

In the early hours of the morning 2 weeks prior to my wedding my partner was driving my vehicle and was unfortunately bumped into by another car which did not stop after the incident meanwhile my partner was left rolling over alone. We certainly weren't ready to endure such a tragedy at such a crucial point in our lives. To cut a long story short, an insurance claim was logged and Clement Khumalo was assigned to us to assist in taking us through the entire claims process. With the stress I was undergoing, I think I may have been difficult to deal with at times because I was snapping, I remember in a nutshell lashing out to Clement not to pester me with calls because I'm preparing for my big day forgetting that he was merely trying to help, for that I apologise. After the wedding I rang Clement now demanding his attention and focus on me and my claim, needless to say, I put him under a lot of pressure with endless phone calls. Did I mention that throughout the process Clement was calm at all times no matter how irrate or sarcastic I was. Infact, this guy was a counsellor to me and husband now in disguise, we offloaded all our stresses to him. My first car may be gone and written-off, but after all the investigations and validation process I will be able to replace it with an even better one because my claim was approved. I remember very well when Clement first came to take our statements with my husband that his judgement needs to be fair for both the client and the company and without any eye witnesses it was rather a process. Clement is the reason I will be insuring my second car with MiWay yet again, he is an asset to the company trust me. Now, I'm car shopping and will be sure go call MiWay!!
