I received a call from one of your call center agents I asked to be removed from the data base and the agent said that is unnecessary. I them had to explain that it is my legal right and I know these calls are recorded, he still persisted. I had to end the call because of his condescending greeting. Can you please remove me from your data base and address this with the consultant.
