Life changing customer service

<p>Called my Miway call centre today to cancel my vehicle insurance as I had received a better quote from another company not knowing that there was information that was not disclosed to me hence the offer was lower than Miway. I spoke to a very humble and caring gentleman by the name of Thapelo Masinga who went out of his way to assist me from making an uniformed decision. The cover from other company had no accidental cover and that was not communicated to me. Thapelo then later surprised with good news that my installment will be reduced and I will be getting R200 and something back to my pocket as from next month. Thank you very much Thapelo for making a change in my life as currently interest rates Nd prices are increasing but you were able to lower my instalment. South Africans here is a company that works for the people and puts its clients first and do insurance the way you want it. Well done Thapelo and the miway team. Thank you</p>
