Lies to make gain customers. Change the conditions of the policy don’t inform

Got my policy Jan 2022. They **** about so many things. 1 if u claim via app you get discounts on your access. If u in accident after 8 additional access. That came with lower premiums so I decided to and changed my lifestyle to be home at 8 Curfew.

Now I wanna claim windscreen it’s been 20 days no windscreen.

Then they tell no discount for claiming through App.

There was never an after 8 accident additional access.

These two facts affected my life and the decision I made.

No I am trying to cancel, they say they are busy they will call me back it’s been 2 weeks.
