*****,bad service!!!

Called in to change my insurance as you guys gave me the most affordable premium, Upon accepting I was advised that you guys have a joining fee. I then told the advisor that I didn't pay any joining fee's at my previous insurer and she then advised me she will waive the joining fee. But that never happened I phoned in today to confirm when my instalment, is going to be collected and the gentleman advised me that a higher amount is going off and that the joining fee was never removed. This does have a financial impact on what was said to me the day I accepted your policy. So as per FAIS in no way are clients to be incorrectly advised or be prejudice impacted. Please fix this
