Liability claim rejected!!!!!!!!

<p>On the 02th June 2017 a MiWay client collided with my car causing an accident. She initially denied that it was her fault but the garage close by gave me the footage showing the accident then she accepted that it was her fault. She said I need to call MiWay to cliam so that her insurance company can pay me out in order for me to fix my car. I'm a field technician so I use my car everyday for work. I called MiWay and they told me which documents where needed. After almost 2 weeks of running around getting quotes (which I had to pay for) I submitted all the documents regarding the accident. On the 21st of June MiWay rejected my claim without an explanation as to why they are rejecting the claim. Their client has not responded to any of my messages. Its time to take both Miway and its client to court because my car is parked at home and not fixed. I know alot of my close family and friends who have insured their cars and homes with MiWay but I'm going to tell them to cancel their insurance with such a company like this.</p> <p> </p>
