Lethabo from MiWay is a STAR!!

I had the unfortunate experience of a breakdown and called MiWay Roadside assist. Lethabo Hlabyago was my first contact with the company, having recently switched to MiWay from another insurer. Throughout the experience I was taken care of by Lethabo who promptly despathed a recovery and called back to ensure that I was ok and inform me that the recovery was on the way. She also kept me informed regarding who was dispathed, the name of the towing company as well as the registration of the truck and details of the person who would be assisting me. I felt cared for and safe throughout. Lethabo is a star!! Thank you :)
