Lesedi Motleleng was really a pleasure to speak with. He assisted me with my changes for premiums and excess (he was very friendly), he even assisted me with my emergency alert for my phone. It wouldn’t turn on and he made sure to talk to the dev team and got back to me once a solution was found.
