<p>I took out an insurance policy with Miway on the 3rd May 2017. As it is a prerequisite that a tracker has to be installed, the person who got me on board with Miway Tahira promised to get Ctrack to call me. A week went by no call. I contacted Miway and spoke to a Letitia same story. I spoke to Mosa same story spoke to Nosi same story. I spoke to Romeo and Martha at Ctrack who insisted that they had not received my details from Miway. I started to panick as I feared driving around on a car without a tracker and that tracker being a must have for Miway in order for them to cover me.</p> <p> </p> <p>As I was about to jump ship to Alexander Forbes I decided to call and enquire about this tracker story and the improper deduction. Lerato helped me. within 2days I received the long awaited call from Ctrack. The tracker was installed on my car the past Monday. She is currently sorting the refund which will be offloaded to my next Insurance premium.</p> <p> </p> <p>Miway I must say that you have a one of a kind Lerato Sibeko. She managed to change my mind from jumping ship due to poor service I received from her colleagues. </p> <p> </p> <p>She assured me all step of the way. She gave me her person email address.
