Great service from Lerato Mathabe from MiWay retentions. I called in to cancel my vehicle insurance with the company because of a cheaper quote elsewhere. She almost convinced me to stay and even matched the other insurers monthly premium. I was almost tempted to stay however the other insurer had an excess advantage.
