Mi Way declined my car insurance claim, due to hear say from the Tour truck driver that attended to my accident scene, he advised the Mi Way Assessor that I was drunk and there was no hijacking in place . I fail to understand that how do you decline a claim without solid evidence this affected me very bad because now I can't drive to work or drop my kid or pick her up at any convenient time. I pay their premium every month without defaults can you please re-look into my claim
