Lehlohonolo Mokgatla

Lehlohonolo Mokgatla, consultant at Miway Insurance delivered excellent service over the last two days. She called yesterday after receiving a notification that I was cancelling my insurance and had already signed up with Outsurance. She listened to my reason for leaving and offered to resolve my issue. I asked her to call back again this morning in order to give me some time to make a decision.

She called back today with the same joyful and friendly personality. But it was her willingness to do what it takes yesterday that convinced me to cancel my Outsurance Policy.

Lehlohonolo really showed empathy and interest in my financial situation and did everything she could to convince me to stay. Speaking to her changed my mind, as she made it about me, my way, or miway.

And she kept her promise and she was more excited than I was when I told her that I was staying with MiWay. She really made my day with her personality and helpfulness.
