Leaving u asap,no outbonus as promised,no response on 5 emails

<p>I have contacts ur centre, I'm fed up beyond comparison,u have given so much dissapointment after being with you over 5years, I wanted to stay,but more that u withholding my money needed urgently, I got told I didnt pay my premium in December,someone contacted me without telling me that there will be this consequence, if I knew I wouldnt have done it!!! I paid again on the 15th losing 15days,no one said that a postpomant would do this, neither was there any terms read to me my policy did not lapse a month!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want the recordings of December 2015/2014,as u allege im at fault,u clearly don't give a customer what they deserve.</p>
