Learn to handle rejection

I just had a call from Lerato of Miway advising me that because I entered a Game , i need to provide miway with personal details to see do a quote, and only afterwards will I be entered into the competition. The number she called from was 011- **********

She has been calling whole morning and I spoke to her this morning and advised her to call me around 15:30 as I was busy in meetings the whole day. She called on the dot 14:30 and I decided to do the call as I had a few minutes.

She started by confirming my name and surname, and then asks for my id number. I asked her why, and she explains that it id to confirm if I am a South African citizen. I told her that I will not giver her my id number as i was not comfortable to give it in repsonse to a competition that I filled in, and now she wants to sell me insurance.

Lerato then politely kept quite for a few seconds, as if not to disturb a mouse that she's hunting., and put the phone down in my ear without saying a word.

Miway, you are employing rude service agents, or telemarketers or what ever title you give your agents.
