Laying a claim with insurances is usually described as a nightmare but my experience was the total opposite. My insurance claim process was attended to with the highest regard and urgency needed. Pieter was truly amazing to work with, his speedy responses , patience in explaining what’s required and mostly the empathy made the process much easier.
