Last week Thursday, I was assisted by Bongiwe Sikhakhane and my interaction with her left a lasting positive impression on me. Initially my request was to cancel my entire policy, however she was determined to keep me as a MiWay client. I felt compelled to share my appreciation of her honesty and consideration to my request, and how she made me understand the necessity of my policy.
