Last month MiWay increased my premium during their annual review

Last month MiWay increased my premium during their annual review. I was surprised by the amount, and felt it was unacceptably high. I contacted them with my complaint and they called me back within a couple of days. The help desk assistant was very polite and helpful, she negotiated a much better premium for me. Some of MiWay’s additional excess payments are high, so this is not a strong point for the insurer, however, I am happy with the new premium and their service.
