I have two compliments intended for two separate people on two separate days:<br> I would like to thank Elizabeth Tebogo Selepe who took my call on the 13 May 2015 at around 18.39pm I was changing my physical address details as I have moved house and she was quite warm and friendly in her manner she never spoke over me to finish up the conversation thus I was very happy with her service and the updated email was received in minutes. <br> <br> And I would like to also thank Nokuthula Ntshembeni who assisted me via phone too on the 23 June 2015 at 09:31am as I was requesting a cross border insurance letter to Lesotho on my husband's policy she was the most pleasant person I have ever spoken to at MiWay her genuine nature was felt and her efforts in making sure I got the documents in all three emails was commendable.<br>
