LACK OF URGENCY - CLAIM NO. C***
My alarm system was hit by lightning, on 11 February 2022 I submitted a claim. An agent called me the following day to confirm the details of the claim and mentioned that since it's a security issue they'll send an assessor the following day. I have been following up with Tyrell Kallee the agent dealing with my claim, till today no assessor has been sent to my premises.
