Lack of Service / Feedback on Excess claim

After 20 years of claim free driving, I had the unfortunate bad luck to be involved in 2 motor vehicle accidents last year. Both were NOT my fault. The claims were paid out fairly fast but I am still waiting for my excess to be paid out after almost a year !!! I do understand that excess claims sometimes take a while but its been a year and there has been a major lack of feedback and disinterest from MiWay. They were also quick to penalize me on my premium for a new vehicle as I had claimed even though not my fault. Really NOT IMPRESSED with their service these days ! I want to know that everything is being done to recover my excess from both claims and when I can expect to receive it ???
