Lack of service after signup

Sent a query via email and got a call from a Miway representative who dropped the call as soon as I answered. A minute later I received an email indicating that the Miway representative was unable to get a hold of me. Sneaky Miway causing unnecessary back and forth to delay the process as always. Either that or the representative maybe does not feel like working the day after a public holiday.
