Lack of service

On 1st September 2015, I requested for my car to be cancelled effectively. I had asked for a confirmation of cancellation to be sent to me and till date I have not received it. I called in again today to get a copy of the confirmation and I was told my car was never insured as it is not showing on the system. Obviously the call centre agent is so confused and ***********. I need a supervisor to call me urgently.
