Lack of professionalism and work ethics

My date and time might be wrong due to that I didn't record the incident but approximately on the said date I actually received a call from a call center agent who offered to do a quotation on my car insurance.The option given to me was to change to MiWay offer should I accept and prefer the their offer over my existing Insurance package.I then gave him a go ahead and the quotation was done for me. <br> <br> The dilema started when the quotation was complete and I had to accept. I actually requested the guy to give me more time so that I may think about his offer as I was uncertain about certain things.<br> He actually came down heavy on me telling I am an old **** - a father who do not want to save even little for his children.The whole conversation was disgusting and I wish the matter can be followed as I felt I was being victimized.I believe the conversation was recorded as he explained.
