Lack of follow up

I submitted a claim on the 17 August 2015, it was authorized on the 26 August 2015, I was told it takes up to 5 days to get the claim process finalized bt up to now I still haven't been contacted by a company which is supposed to replace my goods, can someone explain the turn around time for the whole proceSs as I am worried that I will be going 3 weekend without any assistance.
