LACK OF FEEDBACK
Delays in assessing motor claim and non responsiveness in emails - hired car is due back this weekend and no response to emails from MIWay to remedy the situation due to the delay in getting my car fixed. Assessors and managers one mails don't respond to emails or take your calls also - I need a vehicle by Saturday!!!
