Lack of efficiency and accountability

I was in an accident on 10 February 2023, the front of the vehicle was badly damaged and airbags deployed. The car was assessed and the assessor believed it could be fixed. The claims agent requested the assessor to look at the vehicle again and they again confirmed the car can be fixed. The car was delivered to the repairer on 23 February 2023, they only looked at the car on 1 March 2023 after several calls from my end to have the car assessed to make sure it can be fixed. The repairer asked the assessor to come assess the car for a third time and found the car would cost more to fix making it uneconomical to fix and wrote it off. This was something that could have been done in the first week or in the very least sooner. The insurance failed to keep their third parties accountable.

Further it took their third party 3 days to acknowledge my car was taken from the repairer to their warehouse these areas are 30 minutes apart and they still need the car to be inspected before they can make payment to my bank to settle - a whole month has past since and they can't even accept accountability.
