Lack of communication from Miway

I am absolutely disgusted by the service I am receiving from Miway. I have been without a car for 4 weeks now because of the lack of communication from Miway. They don’t update me on the status of my car: my car had been taken from the panel beater to Toyota and when I called Miway they did not even know that my car was now at Toyota. I keep calling and emailing requesting and update and they don’t bother to respond. When I call and ask yo speak to the relevant people dealing with my claim, they are never available. I will never recommend them to anybody!!
