Lack of communication from MiWay
I spent almost half an hour on the phone with Henry, providing details for a quote from MiWay and requested the quote to be e-mailed to me. The premium on the quote I received on e-mail is higher than that which was discussed over the phone. I sent an e-mail to MiWay querying this and am awaiting a response.
The same thing happened 2 years ago and to date no response has been received. I eventually took my business elsewhere as a result of the lack of communication from MiWay.
