Lack of communication

On the 6th September 2024 we were informed by the panelbeaters that our car was written off. Not even miway had the decency to let the paying client know.

So my wife phoned on Monday to find out what was actually going on and that's when we heard miway is writing the car off officially.

They said they would send us all necessary documents and give a call back and till today they have not done a thing no documents no phone calls nothing and we already been sitting without a car since 25th July.

The communication and service is really bad.

What is happening Miway. We need to sort this stuff out immediately.
