Kwandile Khanyile helped me today on the 27th of July 2021. I phoned today, panicking due the break down - she calmed me down and tell me to relax and tell her what the problem is - and I explained everything to her. It was easy to speak to her and she confirmed how she is gonna help me. She did gave me the name of the towing company and she kept calling and checking if they have arrived to assist. I believe she has called more than 5 times checking if I am okay and if the towing company has arrived. The towing company somehow had delayed and she made explained that they do the job today and came back to me and informed me that they are on their way and the car gonna be dropped today. I believe she has done more than I was expecting of her, in that way I give her 5/5.
