Kwandile Khanyile answered my emergency assist call, speedily verified who I was
Kwandile Khanyile answered my emergency assist call, speedily verified who I was. Sent a towtruck, which also didn't take too long to arrive. She called me an hour or so later to check if all went as planned and if I am well. Her tone was warm, patient and understanding. Thank you Kwandile.
