Kudos for one of MiWay staff members

I would like to applaud consultant Lydia Maleka for her customer-centric approach and willingness to go the extra mile to service MiWay's customers. My initial call to MiWay was only to add an additional vehicle to my profile, for which I expected (of course) my monthly premium to increase, but since I've been with the company for many years and have not reviewed my premiums and the depreciating value of my vehicles, I enquired with Lydia and my premiums on the older assets actually decreased by quite a significant amount. It made my adding the additional vehicle so much more affordable, and MiWay can count on my continued support, thanks to Lydia who takes her job very seriously. Well done Lydia, and I do hope you get the recognition you deserve. Ronnie Foster
