KUDOS!!! Excellent, another level, customer service.
Tando, was awesome. I've been trying to sort this issue out since the beginning of Jan. Either I miss and agent callback or they can't hear me when I answer. He was succinct, clarified outstanding queries efficiently and I am completely satisfied with this outcome. Thank you Tando, chat to you in March. KR Candice
