Kubeshnee Naidoo and Tshepang Ngoepe are fantastic! Thank you MiWay for having my back.

Let us start with the criticism first since it is so little: When undergoing the claims process, as your client I certainly got the sense that you guys -specifically the person who my claim was assigned to (Tshepang) must have a lot of work/other clients to deal with because there were times that I had to call him, in order to see to it that he check for my email responses that he was (supposed to be ) expecting. The reason this was not a big issue is that when I did call him, he was easily ALWAYS Available and ready to move forward.

Honestly, I am very forgiving as a client. I am hardly ever really looking for a 5 star experience. If you get the things that matter most to me right, you will always have my appreciation, support, loyalty and business.

I am giving MiWay 4 and a half out of 5 because you guys have so far gotten right ALL the things that matter to me most.

Thank you guys for always having my back during what could have ended up being extremely stressful situations if it was not for you.

I am lauding Kubeshnee and Tshepang because they did a great job helping a young man who has never had a vehicle accident in all his 8 years on the roads understand the process and most importantly diminish the financial fallout that could result from this.
