Koketso Monyelo is a star! I reopened a claim lodged in 2021 after a sloppy job was done by the service provider. It has been about 2months and every time I call the MiWay service centre, the consultant escalates my query and no progress is made. Emails continue being sent to the service provider without success of hearing back from them. Finally I got through to Koketso Monyela and she knows what true client servicing is. She put the effort in and made the first call to the service provider after numerous unsuccessful emails to them. Her call was followed by another email as she got no where while on the line with them. Finally, the SP tended to the matter and have arranged for my car to be evaluated. Can we not have more people that value their jobs and the role they play in real people’s lives and situations like Koketso? She even offered to nurture the query to ensure I receive the service I deserve. Thank you Koketso Monyelo.
