Knowledgeable, efficient and helpfull

on the 7th of March I received a return call from Thelma as I wanted to cancel my policy due to high premium as I was recently involved in a car accident. Thelma was helpful and gave some good and on point advices . Thou I am still a high risk Miway managed to offer me something that i could afford regardless of my recent claim, for the record i did not hold for ever the process was done efficiently and on time. you need more like Thelma in your business as most people are impatient and she still mages to make you worth holding and listening to her and again efficiency!!!
