Knowing your customers

i called myway after i received a quote from other insurance company, and i was transfered to Seitshiro as they couldin't come down to the premium i was looking for or that i got from the other insurance company. this man knew how to explain why am i paying a bit more than these other guys offering service to me for. and he could debate with me using facts and making sure i understand. lastly he went extra mile just to meet me halfway and did what was expected to the intelligent customer service representative. im impressed with his approach to most of the problems i came to him with. most (that he could resolve)of them has been resolved. keep up the good attitude.
