EXCELLENT SERVICE! I called in to cancel my policy thinking I have gotten a lower premium and possibly better prospects elsewhere. Lerato (A senior consultant) was really well grounded in her knowledge about other products and advised me to the best of her ability and educated me at the same time. She was authentic and genuine about everything! Really transparent and even bettered the rate that the other insurance company offered me. I could have cancelled further due to the excess not getting lower by the month like my other potential policy however it truly hit home to know that MiWay filled the gaps in so many aspects that the potential policy fell off on.
