kitlano Cawe is AMAZING

I took out insurance with Mi way and my car had to go for inspection for cover to take affect, i went this morning and before i even left the inspection center i got a message saying they received all needed info,, however there is something extra that i did not specify( buying a 2nd hand car i did not know it had smash and grab added after manufactured) I simply went on my app to the chat tab and sent them the message that was sent to me, there was such a quick response. even if I had to call manufacturer of my call multiple times and sub providers, on my third chat I spoke to Kitlano cawe whom was so understanding,and patient as I was so irritated already and every single question i had was answered even if i asked it more than once. i was advised that on chat two(that was not as pleasant,neither the first) Catherine had taken initiative and updated policy even though the chat was ended before we were done. More staff with such dedication is needed, I say thank you for making my frustration a smile, you are amazing and i applaud you, being in customer service myself i know keeping that smile can be a challenge at times. keep up the amazing work
