I'm impressed by the manner in which Kitlano Cawe handled my query via our chats on Miway app. I'm a new client and I wanted to check if my car insurance policy is active after doing car inspection. Kitlano responded in a minute and sent me the policy documents and inspection certificate via email. I'm happy to know that everything is in order.

Furthermore, I would like to compliment Taven(not sure if I'm spelling his name correctly) who helped me to get a great car insurance deal with Miway. I spoke to him on 11 May 2020 and on 13 May 2020. He was so patient with me, making sure that I comprehend everything. By taking the offer I saved R397.00 compared to my previous insurance. I rated Taven via email on 13 May 2020, but I felt the need to make a comment via hello Peter as well.
