Khumalo was very courteous and helpful, I've never used my insurance though I've had it for years. He helped me through the process and when my call dropped he called back and that was a relief as it's stressful enough to worry about everything else. Didn't wait long for the tow service it was tricky to get the car on the flatback due to the gearbox however they figured it out. Got my paper work and car safe to mechanic timeously. Thankyou so much
