I was phoned by Kgomotso Maraba from MiWay Legal side, she gave me the good news that I would get my excess back from a claim long ago. They did not forget after all! What good news. Friendly lady made my day, anxiously awaiting money. Thank you Kgomotso from legal team. Hopefully this was not a prank call.
