Keys locked in vehicle

I had a problem with my car,I contacted miway (mihelp) as they were my insurance company.the agent that assisted me by the name of Peter gave me excellent customer service he contacted me every 30mins either to update me or to find out if the locksmith has arrived I'll give the agent Peter a 5 star,i almost waited 2 hours for the locksmith to arrive I asked the gentleman why he took so long he told me that not all locksmith companies want to come to my area but there company took the call out,my question is what if I was stranded on a highway and my car broke down due to a mechanical problem would I also had to wait so long?
