Keneiloe Makhubu's service was excellent

Keneiloe Makhubu's service was excellent. She was handling my excess claim and when it was repudiated and i explained why i was not accepting it she helped me by escalating the issue. When she went on leave she called to let me know in advance so i would know why there was no response. That is customer service!!! She was always professional and pleasant to speak with.
