Kelebogile Mpoko is a very good agent. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She helped me navigate the self-help site patiently, she listened to what I had to say. She spoke to me in a calm, clear tone, without sounding agitated or rushed when I was battling at my end. There's no **** friendliness, nor a scripted feel to the conversation, yet she displays all the knowledge that a client expects when calling in for help. She gets 5 stars from me.
