I got an SMS from Auto and General with an irresistible offer, with same benefits that I currently have with Miway, however their pricing was much lower than what I pay currently with Miway. I went on my app and asked if my premium can be reviewed. Then I got a call from a client centric gentleman by the name of Refilwe Montshiwa. He went an extra mile on helping me to review my premium, and I couldn't believe when he broke the news that my premium will be reduced to R519 starting from July. Thanks Refilwe for the great service and going an extra mile to ensure that my premium is reviewed. I truly believe that things are done my way.
