I am writing this compliment as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Nkosie Mthembu on managing to retain me to be with Miway, as I have a good relationship with them, since May 2012. I wasn't happy with the initial premium provided and he tried by all means to get me a reasonable premium. His ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations and I appreciate his efforts.<br> <br> I really commend the prompt service provided by Nkosie Mthembu. He also advised me on other products/staffs that will meet my needs.
